A Golden Touch, A Timeless Heritage

Initial Engraving

The process begins with CNC engraving using a 0.07 mm cutting head at 20,000 RPM, carving the dial's contours over 18 hours.
Protective Coating

After the initial engraving, a corrosion-resistant black ink layer is applied to stabilize the electroplating process and endure acid pickling.
Fine Detailing

Next, intricate details are added via secondary CNC engraving with a 0.05 mm cutting head at 20,000 RPM, taking 6 hours to complete.
Gold Gilding

Finally, the dial undergoes multi-layer electrode ion plating (zinc and nickel) before being finished with a layer of pure 24k gold.
